Lemongrass and Ginger Beef Ramen

This was the first recipe I ever made when I decided to start experimenting with cooking with tea. In this particular instance I believe the tea adds strength to the flavouring of the broth and I had the idea when a waitress at a restaurant described lemongrass and ginger as "Asian fusion flavouring", and I remembered it when I went to make my Ramen one day but found I had no ginger. Not wanting to go out in the rain I opted to try using tea instead and it worked wonders.
I hope you enjoy my concoction.

Confessions of a tea addict

Hello there.
My name is Kendal and I am from Melbourne Australia. I am currently living in London, England and have started immersing myself in tea culture. On this blog I will share my recipes, my favourite brews, and my adventures around the London Tea rooms. I hope everyone who visits this blog will find something useful or inspiring, something to help them on their tea drinking/enjoying/cooking journey.
Welcome and enjoy.
